Established in the year 1987, the wide range of experience of its founder Mr. Gajendra Giri and members of the team makes it a force to reckon with, particularly in the fields of domestic and international dispute resolution, corporate and commercial advisory, mediation, arbitration and technology law. The Founder of the Firm Mr. Gajendra Giri has experience of over 34 years in Civil, Corporate, Employment and Arbitration matters. Mr. Giri has served as a Senior Standing Counsel for Government of India from January, 2012 till December, 2014 at New Delhi.

The Partner in the Firm Mr. Aditya Giri is practicing majorly on Constitutional, Service, Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi.

FINANCING
The Firm undertakes projects for drafting, negotiation and execution of documentation including facility agreements and security documents such as guarantees and documents of charge and lien, assistance in refinancing the project, drafting of resolution plans and assistance in the insolvency process.
