Mr. Pritesh Burad is a Mumbai-based Advocate & Counsel and has been practicing for many years. Mr, Burad is majorly practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay & other courts and tribunals including NCLT, Income tax & GST Tribunals. He does arbitrations for commercial, IP, and Construction disputes. Mr. Burad has extensive practice in Commercial disputes, Corporate Laws, Intellectual Property Law, White Collar Crimes, and arbitration (both Domestic & International).

Mr. Burad completed his (LLB) at MCT Law College of the University of Mumbai after his graduation with B.com from Somaiya. He has also pursued a Diploma in Taxation Laws (DTL) from Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Pune, and is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He is also qualified as an Associate to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London, U. K. Mr. Burad is a member of various Associations & Institutes like the Mumbai Centre of International Arbitration (MCIA), the Bombay Bar Association (BBA), the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa (BCM&G), Thane district court bar association, Indian Institute of Arbitration & Mediation (IIAM), Jain Conference, New Delhi and a Patron member of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO).
