The Partner in the Firm Mr. Aditya Giri is practicing majorly on Constitutional, Service, Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and High Court of Delhi. Mr. Aditya Giri pursued his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the prestigious Sri Venkateswara College affiliated to Delhi University and thereafter was enrolled as a student of law in Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, Delhi University. Mr. Giri was called to the bar in the year 2017 when he was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. On his enrolment Mr. Giri joined chambers of Mr. Rupinder Singh Suri, Senior Advocate and founder of Suri and Company, Law Firm where Mr. Giri learnt various nuances of law under his tutelage for over 4 years while assisting his senior in various high-profile cases and constitutional matters before various forums across India.  In 2022, Mr. Giri joined the Firm as an Associate Partner and brought along with him his vast experience in the field of litigation. He was recognised for his hard work and dedication to the field of law and was appointed as Central Government Counsel on 20th May, 2022 by the Government of India to appear and argue matters representing the Central Government before the highest court of India. Mr. Aditya Giri has also been regularly advising National Small Scale Industries Corporation and has been on their panel since September, 2021.  Apart from regularly appearing before the courts, Mr. Giri published numerous research articles and papers to keep the public at large aware on the legal developments in the industry.
