Mr. Giri has served as a Senior Standing Counsel for Government of India from January, 2012 till December, 2014 at New Delhi. Mr. Giri previously served as Additional Standing Counsel for the Government of India from December, 1997 till December, 2000. Mr. Gajendra Giri is a trained Mediator in Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (SAMADHAN) and empanelled Arbitrator in Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), Delhi High Court, and has been handling matters pertaining to Civil, Arbitration, Company and Employment matters in the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Delhi High Court and other courts with more than 35 years on behalf of the Central Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Private Companies and over 1500 individuals to their utmost satisfaction.
